Enter your company name, CAC registration number, director's NIN, office address, business phone and photos of your office. Applications take under five minutes to complete.
Our system runs your CAC number against the Corporate Affairs Commission database, verifies the director's NIN through the National Identity Management Commission via Prembly, and confirms your office address. Usually done within 48 business hours. Approved carriers get a login link by email.
Add your service area, your standard delivery rates, your operating hours, and register each of your riders and vehicles (bicycle, bike, tricycle, car, SUV, bus, and van) under your carrier account. Each rider is issued a Go Send Am ID linked to your company. Vendors near you now see you in their marketplace.
Vendors post delivery jobs with their proposed price. You see them live in your dashboard. You accept at their price, counter-offer, or decline in one tap. When a vendor confirms, the job is locked and immediately assignable to any of your registered riders.Then you're charged our 10% fee.
Your rider picks up, delivers on time, and closes the job with OTP confirmation. Your carrier account receives the vendor's payment in full. 2% of that fee is credited automatically to the delivering rider as an on-time delivery bonus on top of whatever you already pay them.
