Lagos Vendors · Same-Day Verified Delivery

Send Your Products With Dispatchers You Can Actually Trust.

Go Send Am connects Lagos vendors and everyday sellers to verified same-day dispatch companies near them. We don't own the riders. But we vet every single one — CAC, NIN, address, track record — so when you send, you already know who's carrying it.

The math no vendor wants to do: You just spent three days repairing a customer's ₦900,000 phone. Your fee: ₦20,000. The dispatch rider you called from WhatsApp disappears in traffic. You now owe ₦900,000 for a job that was supposed to earn you ₦20,000. That is the risk you have been carrying quietly. That is the risk this platform ends.

Free to post. Free to book. Currently serving Lagos — expanding across Nigeria soon.

Your Product. Your Profit. Your Reputation. Protected.

Important to know: Go Send Am does not own riders and does not dispatch anything ourselves. What we do is verify every single dispatch company on the platform — CAC, NIN, office address, and delivery history — and give you the tools to send with visibility, proof, and accountability. When you use us, you already know who is carrying your product before they touch it.

Who This Is Built For

Everyday Sellers Who Ship Real, Valuable Products.

If your customer's package can be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit — and you are the one who eats the loss — this is built for you.

If You Sell on Instagram, WhatsApp, Jiji or a Stall

Your product is your business. Losing one is not a shipping problem. It is a survival problem.

You sell every day on Instagram, WhatsApp, Jiji Nigeria, or from a stall. Fashion. Phone repairs. Laptops. Drycleaning. Jewelry. Baked goods. It doesn't matter what — the moment you hand it to a rider, your entire livelihood is walking down the street.

Bolt, Uber, and InDrive were built to move people, not high-value items. In fact, they publicly discourage sending products above ₦50,000 through their apps — because if that rider disappears with your item, there is no verified business, no address, no CAC record. Just a rider ID and a support ticket that closes in seven days.

Go Send Am is different. Every dispatch company on the platform is verified against CAC, NIN, and a physical office address. Every rider is registered under that company. When you send, you know the name, the office, and the accountability chain. If anything goes wrong, they are not "a rider somewhere in Lagos" — they are down the street.

How It Works

Six Steps From Your Shop to Their Doorstep.

You are in control at every stage. Nobody moves your product until you agree.

Lagos delivery in progress
Live tracking. Automatic updates. Verified carriers. Every step, every time.
STEP 01

Post What You Need to Send

Enter the pickup address, the delivery address, and a short description of the item. Under two minutes.

STEP 02

Pick From Verified Carriers Nearby

See a list of vetted dispatch companies close to your pickup point. Every one of them has been CAC and NIN verified. Check their rating, response time, and delivery history. Pick who you want.

STEP 03

Agree the Price With One Tap

You name a price. The carrier accepts, counters, or declines. Nobody moves until you both agree. No calls. No shouting on WhatsApp. No "come and negotiate at the door."

STEP 04

The Rider Picks Up

The carrier assigns one of their registered riders. You get the rider's name, phone, and photo before pickup. Your customer gets notified that the order is on the way.

STEP 05

Both Sides Watch It Move

You track it in real time. Your customer tracks it in real time. Every status change — picked up, in transit, arriving — triggers an automatic notification for both of you.

STEP 06

Proof Is Automatic

Rider takes a photo at handoff. Your customer enters an OTP to confirm they received it. A permanent, timestamped delivery record is created — for both of you. Disputes end here.

Compared With Your Current Options

Bolt. Uber. InDrive. WhatsApp. And Then Us.

A honest look at how the platforms you already use handle high-value packages — and where each one breaks down.

Important context: Bolt, Uber, and InDrive were built to move people, not secure packages. Their public terms discourage or prohibit sending high-value items (typically above ₦50,000) — because they can't verify riders to the standard required for high-value cargo, and they don't process claims for lost or damaged goods. This isn't an opinion. It's how those platforms are structured.

The pattern: Bolt, Uber, and InDrive are excellent for moving people. They are not designed for the accountability chain a Lagos vendor needs when their product is walking down the street. Go Send Am is the only one built specifically for that job.

The Hidden Losses Calculator

How Much Have You Been Silently Absorbing?

Every vendor eats a certain amount of loss per year — damaged goods, "the rider ran off," and disputes you settled just to keep your rating. Add it up.

What Lagos Vendors Say

Real Sellers. Real Products. Real Peace of Mind.

Feedback from early Go Send Am vendors — from fashion, repair shops, drycleaners, and distributors — during our onboarding pilot.

"

Before, every time I shipped a customer's ₦80,000 outfit, I would not eat until the delivery photo landed in my WhatsApp. Now I open the app, see where the rider is, and my customer sees the same thing. The stress just left my body.

I fix phones. Some are worth over a million naira. One time before Go Send Am, a rider I got from WhatsApp took a customer's iPhone and disappeared for two days. That single loss took my earnings for the whole month. Now every rider that comes to my shop, I already know their office address and CAC number before they touch anything.

My drycleaning business drops off clothes worth hundreds of thousands every day. Wedding outfits. Agbadas. Suits that customers wore once. The old way, if a rider mixed up a delivery or damaged a garment, it was my word against theirs. Now I have a photo at pickup, a photo at delivery, and an OTP the customer typed themselves. No more arguments.

We distribute pharmaceutical products across Lagos. Every parcel is time-sensitive and every one has to go to the right pharmacy, not just any address. Go Send Am lets me pick from three vetted dispatch companies near each drop-off point and see who has the best on-time record. The disputes we used to have with distributors every week ended overnight.

Common Questions

Everything Sellers Want to Know Before Sending.

The questions we hear most often from Lagos vendors during onboarding. If yours isn't here, ask us directly.

How exactly do you verify a dispatch company?
Before any dispatch company can accept a single job on Go Send Am, we verify four things: their CAC business registration, the NIN of the director or a duly authorised representative, a physical office address we can locate, and a working business phone number. We use Prembly, a licensed identity verification provider, to run the checks against official Nigerian government databases. Only companies that clear all four are allowed to onboard. That means when you send a package, the carrier behind it isn't a phone number and a bike — it's a registered business with an address and a name.
What happens if my package goes missing?
The dispatch company that accepted your job is legally accountable for the package until it is delivered and confirmed with an OTP. Because they are a verified business with a registered office, they cannot disappear. If a package goes missing, you have: a timestamped record of the pickup with a photo, the rider's registered identity, the dispatch company's CAC and office details, and our team on your side. Go Send Am is a technology platform and does not take custody of goods, but every carrier on the platform is a verified business you can hold accountable — which is more than you get on any ride-hailing app. Full liability terms are in our Terms of Service.
Why can't I just use Bolt or Uber for high-value items?
You can, but their own policies discourage it. Ride-hailing platforms typically discourage or prohibit sending packages above a certain value (usually around ₦50,000) because they can't verify riders to the standard high-value cargo requires, and they don't cover loss claims. If your ₦300,000 laptop disappears on a Bolt trip, you have a rider ID and a support ticket. You do not have a business, an address, or a verified person. That is not accountability. That is a receipt.
Do you serve outside Lagos?
Not yet. Go Send Am is currently Lagos-only. We're building the network of verified carriers city by city, starting where the vendor pain is highest and the loss rate on informal delivery is greatest. Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan are next on the roadmap. If you want early access when we launch in your city, drop your email on the sign-up form.
How is this really free for me?
Simple: the platform earns from the dispatch companies, not from vendors. When a dispatch company completes a job on Go Send Am, they pay a small platform fee, and we share a portion of that back to their rider as a same-day delivery bonus. You pay only the carrier's actual delivery fee — the amount you agreed with them at the offer stage. Nothing added on top. No sign-up fee. No monthly plan. No surprise charges. Ever.
Can I bargain the delivery fee with the carrier?
Yes. You name the price you're willing to pay when you post the job. Nearby carriers see your offer and can accept it, counter with a different price, or decline. You review the counter-offer, agree or negotiate, and only then does anyone move. The rider does not touch your product until both sides have locked the price — which means no arguments at the door and no fuel wasted chasing unprofitable jobs.
Does my customer need to install anything to track their order?
No. Your customer gets a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp. They tap it, and a live map opens in their browser — no download, no account, no login. They watch the rider move in real time and receive status updates automatically. On delivery, they enter a six-digit OTP the platform sends them. That confirms receipt and closes the delivery record.
How do I sign up?
Under three minutes. Tap "Start Sending Free" anywhere on this page, enter your business name, phone number, and email, and you're on. There is no verification wall on the vendor side — you can post your first delivery as soon as your account is created. Everything else you need happens inside the app.
