Go SendAm Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies across our web properties. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we use, why we use them, how long they last, and how you can control them.
This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle your personal data across all our products, including our mobile applications.

1. What Are Cookies?

This policy also covers similar technologies used in the same way, including local storage, session storage, pixels, and web beacons. Where this policy refers to "cookies," it means all of these technologies unless stated otherwise.
2. Where This Policy Applies
Go SendAm operates three live web properties. This Cookie Policy applies to all of them.
This policy does not cover data collected through our mobile applications, which do not use browser cookies. Data collection in our apps is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Categories of Cookies We Use
We use four categories of cookies. The full list of specific cookies, including provider names, purposes, and durations, is in the Cookie Inventory in Section 4.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
Required for our web properties to function. On portal.gosendam.com they maintain your authenticated login session, protect account actions from cross-site attacks, and verify wallet funding transactions with our payment partners. On our other domains they support basic page delivery.
Security Cookies
Support the security of your account and sensitive platform operations, including wallet funding, business verification, and login. They help us detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
These cookies do not store or transmit your NIN or CAC number. Those identifiers are transmitted directly from your browser to the identity verification provider during business verification, over an encrypted connection, and are not written to any cookie by Go SendAm.
Analytics Cookies
Help us understand how visitors interact with our web properties — which pages are viewed, which features are used, and where errors occur. Data collected is aggregated and not used to identify individual users for marketing purposes.
Functional Cookies
Remember choices you make on the carrier portal to improve your experience on return visits, such as dashboard display preferences. They are not used for tracking or advertising.

5. Third-Party Providers
Some cookies on our web properties are set by third-party providers we use to deliver our service. These providers process cookie data under their own policies and under contracts with us. Our current third-party providers are:
Cloudflare
Provides bot protection and content delivery for our authenticated portal and public profile pages. Cloudflare sets its own security cookies. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
GoHighLevel
Hosts our public marketing website at gosendam.com. GoHighLevel sets platform cookies necessary to deliver the site. See the GoHighLevel Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics
When you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects aggregated usage data about how our web properties are used. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Cookie Policy.
Nomba and Flutterwave
Our payment partners for carrier wallet funding. When you fund your wallet, these providers may set their own cookies to secure and complete the transaction. These cookies are controlled by the payment provider, not by Go SendAm. See the Nomba Privacy Policy and the Flutterwave Privacy Policy.
Note on business verification: During onboarding, your CAC number and director NIN are transmitted directly from your browser to our identity verification provider over an encrypted connection. This transmission does not involve any advertising or analytics cookies, and Go SendAm does not intercept or store these identifiers in any cookie at any point in this process.
6. Your Cookie Choices and Consent
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the General Application and Implementation Directive 2025, your consent to non-essential cookies must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. When you first visit any of our web properties, we display a cookie banner where you can accept or reject non-essential cookies.
- Accepting all cookies: Analytics and Functional cookies will be set in addition to Strictly Necessary and Security cookies.
- Rejecting non-essential cookies: Only Strictly Necessary and Security cookies will be set. This will not affect your ability to log in to the carrier portal, view carrier profile pages, or fund your wallet.
- Changing your preferences: You can update your cookie preferences at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of each of our web properties. Your updated preferences take effect on your next page visit.
- Withdrawing consent: Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any cookie-based processing carried out before your withdrawal. Analytics and Functional cookies will be removed on your next visit once consent is withdrawn.
7. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser
In addition to our cookie banner, you can control cookies directly through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View all cookies currently stored on your device and delete them individually or in bulk.
- Block all cookies, or block cookies from specific websites.
- Block third-party cookies while allowing first-party cookies.
- Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is being placed.
Disabling Strictly Necessary cookies through your browser will prevent you from accessing the carrier portal.
8. Changes to This Policy
We update this Cookie Policy when we add, change, or remove cookies, or when regulatory requirements change. When we do, we update the version number and "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, such as the introduction of a new cookie category, we notify registered carriers via their registered email address at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
